I have a lazy start, but then I get going and the day can start.

I'm efficient throughout the day, but I have a low after meals.

No, nothing has ever been diagnosed.
Sex hormone problems, meaning a deficiency or excess of progesterone, testosterone, estrogen or DHEA.
Thyroid problems (hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Graves', Thyroiditis de Quervain).
Other hormonal problems.
